HIFU stands for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound. The device sends focused ultrasound energy to a precise depth under the skin.
It reaches the SMAS layer — the same structural layer a surgical facelift works on. Nothing is cut.

That heat triggers the body's own collagen-remodeling response in that deeper layer. The response builds over the weeks after treatment.
