Your skin's barrier normally holds moisture in. It keeps irritants out.
Treatment can weaken that barrier. Skin that was never sensitive before may start to react.

Every esthetician on staff trains in oncology-safe protocol, so any of them can take you. The standard came from Nancy Reagan, who founded Bella Reina and went through cancer treatment herself.

Common questions
Can I book while I'm still in active treatment?
Yes. This facial is built for it. Bring what you are being treated with and where you are in the cycle, because that is what the read needs. If your care team has told you to avoid anything in particular, tell us that too and we work around it.
Is every esthetician trained for this, or do I need to request someone?
Yes, so there is no one you need to request. Book with any esthetician on staff. Prefer someone you have worked with before? You are welcome to ask for them.
Which products do you use?
Mostly Skin Diva Labs formulas. They are made without emulsifiers, so a weakened barrier is not stripped. We add other product lines based on your own Skin Read.
Is this only for active treatment, or afterward too?
Both. Skin can carry barrier damage and new sensitivity long after the last infusion. The same protocol covers that stretch. Plenty of clients here are years past treatment and still book it for the dryness that stayed.
What is the appointment actually like?
One to one, in a treatment room with the door closed, for an hour. Nothing needs washing off at the end and there is nothing to recover from. Wear whatever head covering you are comfortable in. Bring your treatment calendar and the desk schedules around your infusion weeks.
