Nancy Reagan — no relation to the White House; this one is board-certified in skin, not politics — built Bella Reina Spa on a single premise: you don't guess at skin, you read it. She has been a board-certified diagnostic aesthetician for more than three decades. Her rule is simple: a facial is only as good as the look that comes before it. What can your skin tolerate? Nancy is also a cancer survivor — and the diagnosis changed what she built next.
What she built is Skin Diva Labs, her own product house. Its core is an emulsifier-free NAD+ system that repairs the skin's outer barrier. It was built for skin left fragile by chemo, radiation, or another recent medical treatment. Every esthetician on staff trains in oncology-safe care. That is the house standard, not a special request.
Bella Reina performs no injectables and carries no filler line. That's a choice, not a limit. Instead, the practice offers what technology can do without a needle: HIFU firming, medical-grade facials, and microneedling. Nineteen treatments in all — each assessed on its own, never sold as a package.
