The sanitation is the service
Every instrument that touches you has been through an autoclave — the same steam sterilizer a surgical practice uses, not the covered jar of blue liquid that satisfies the state minimum. Files are single-use and mounted on stainless wands, so the part that touches your nail is thrown away and the handle is sterilized.
The pedicure stations are medically sterilized stainless steel with ozone generators rather than jetted plastic tubs, because jets are the part of a pedicure chair that cannot be properly cleaned. Florida requires implements to be cleaned and disinfected between clients.
This is well past that, and it is the whole reason the room exists.
Dazzle Dry, and only Dazzle Dry
One lacquer system is carried here: Dazzle Dry. Vegan, non-toxic, high-gloss, non-yellowing, and dry in five minutes — which is the practical difference, because there is no lamp, no curing, and nothing to smudge on the way to the car.
It strengthens the natural nail rather than sealing damage under a hard shell. There is no gel service and no acrylic service, and that is deliberate: both require filing down the nail plate to bond, and both have to be drilled off.
Bella Reina was the first in Delray Beach to bring Dazzle Dry in, and the local salons followed.
Feet that need work, not just color
Callus removal runs on 30% lactic acid to dissolve hardened skin rather than cutting it away, worked with German and Canadian products. The Clinical Toe Pedicure goes further, for persistent problems — problem nails, peeling, compromised skin, fungus and cracked heels.
Practitioners here are trained for diabetic feet, where circulation and sensation are reduced and an ordinary salon pedicure is genuinely risky. Anything that needs a physician is named and referred, not treated.

Common questions
How are the instruments handled between clients?
Every instrument goes through an autoclave — steam sterilization, the standard a surgical practice works to. Files are single-use on stainless wands, so the abrasive is discarded and the handle is sterilized. Stations are medically sterilized stainless steel with ozone generators rather than jetted tubs, because jets cannot be properly cleaned. Florida requires cleaning and disinfection between clients; this is considerably past the requirement.
Do you do gel or acrylic?
No, and it is deliberate. Both need the nail plate filed down to bond and drilled off to remove, which is what leaves nails thin and peeling. Dazzle Dry is the only system carried here: non-toxic, vegan, high gloss, non-yellowing, and dry in five minutes with no lamp. If you arrive wearing gel or acrylic, please have it professionally removed beforehand.
Is this a medical pedicure?
Yes — medical pedicures are offered alongside the classic pedicures. The Callus Removal Pedicure dissolves hardened skin and cracked heels with lactic acid, and the Clinical Toe Pedicure treats fungus, problem nails and compromised skin. Every pedicure, classic or medical, runs on the same autoclaved tools, single-use files and ozone-generator stations. It is not podiatry: anything that needs a physician is named and referred rather than treated here.
Can you treat toe fungus?
Yes. The Clinical Toe Pedicure ($125) includes professional antifungal treatment, and a fungus treatment can be added to any pedicure for $15. Fungus clears slowly, as the nail grows out, so it takes a run of visits to see a clean nail. A stubborn infection, or broken skin on a diabetic foot, gets referred to a podiatrist.
I am diabetic. Is a pedicure safe?
This is the room for it. Practitioners here are trained for diabetic feet, where reduced circulation and reduced sensation make an ordinary salon pedicure genuinely risky — a small cut you cannot feel is the whole problem. Tell us when you book, and bring your physician’s guidance if you have any.
Why does callus work take more than one visit?
Because taking it all down at once leaves the skin underneath raw, and it rebuilds thicker in response. Staged removal with lactic acid is slower, and it is how heels end up smooth instead of cycling between raw and hard.
What should I do before I arrive?
Please arrive with all polish, including gel, removed, and any acrylic professionally taken off. It gives the practitioner a clear look at the nail itself, which is where problems show first.
